HQC's two founders, Steve Barlow and Tom Burton, first worked for Intermountain Healthcare as part of the team that led Intermountain's nationally recognized improvements in quality and reductions in cost. Working with multiple clients, the HQC team subsequently developed robust methodologies and software that can improve care and reduce costs at any healthcare system in the country.
